LOGiQ³, a subsidiary of RGAX,  is currently seeking a Systems Developer to join our dynamic and fun team of industry experts.  As our business continues to grow, we are looking to expand our staff with high caliber individuals who can help us meet our day-to-day obligations and bring creative thought processes to bear.

The person filling this role will be joining a growing IT team that strives to help make the business realize its goals and increase its visibility in the industry. This role will be help shape and be a vital contributor in the long-term goals of creating an efficient and innovative environment that will bring automation and increased productivity to our company.

Here's specifically how this person will contribute...

  • Use emerging and existing technology platforms to design, develop, test and implement solutions and functionality that streamline, support and elevate the business. They will code, test, debug, support and document existing systems.
  • Help drive the design, development and implementation of a full reporting system for the business to increase access to data and analytics.
  • Work on the full SDLC for client-based projects. i.e., investigate and re-engineer a system using SQL. They will build out requirements, start the design and work on the deliverables.
  • Take a hands-on approach to client relationships. They will set up systems and access as new clients come on board. They will review and analyze large-scale systems.
  • Will have an opportunity to make their voice heard in the direction, policies and future strategy of the IT department.

How do we know you are the person we are looking for?

  • The education. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
  • Expertise in the areas of application and systems design principles, software engineering practices and enterprise software development gained from 3-5 years as an Application or Software Developer.
    • Have hands-on experience with:
    • SQL-based programming
    • Data warehouse design and concepts
    • SSRS reporting and environment configuration
    • ETL software and programming
    • .NET/C# programming
    • MVC, WCF, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML languages and programming
    • Various project methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches
  • The motivation. They want to do more. They are looking for an opportunity to be creative, solve problems and see the contribution they make to the team and the company.
  • The relationship building skills. They have outstanding verbal and written skills. They know how to work with any level of internal or external client.
  • The passion. They enjoy learning new technologies and tools quickly. They have an innovative approach to breaking down problems and building technical solutions.
  • The personality. Approachable, energetic, enthusiastic, curious and funny. A team player, a collaborator and an independent thinker.
  • Flexibility – an understanding that client-facing systems often need support outside of regular business hours.
